Freak outs were had.
I’m pretty sure the DB5 was very real and was a genuine movie car. Same with the Jaaaag.
On another note, the International Spy Museum is pretty cool.
In other news, #carsofDC
I swear up and down The Beast drove past us when we first got to the National Mall. No motorcade, just the limo.

Spy Museum?
I like the jag more than the DB5

What was your spy name?

Genuinely a whole museum dedicated to the history of espionage. They had a special exhibit on 50 years of Bond villains too.

Ah, DC. I love that place. Have you seen the air and space museum yet?

Colin Walker. No idea why I picked that one.

We're doing that tomorrow or Wednesday I believe. I'm excited for that too.

There’s a damn good reason why I haven’t driven and plan not to the whole time we’re here.

If you are up for it head out the air and space museum at Dulles and see a lot of the big stuff that wouldn’t fit in the museum on the mall.

It’s always crowded, but worth it. Any plans to see the Holocaust museum?

I was an art student front Britain going to Turkey on vacation in DC for two weeks.
Huh, I studied the details better than I thought I did.

I’d like to, though I have no idea if we’ll be able to get it in or not.

It’s absolutely horrible. I live and work in Virginia, only go to DC maybe three times a year. But those three times are horrible.
Also, if you want to know of some cool places around the area, let me know.
How long are you in the area?

I think we’re leaving Thursday. And we’re actually staying in College Park Maryland, not DC proper (aint nobody got funds for that)

Ah, gotcha. I’d highly recommend you use the Metro instead of driving whenever possible. Parking in the District is almost as bad as driving in the district.

I was there earlier this year! Cool museum. I just wish my 5yo didn’t complain the whole time we were there.

I spotted a Papaya Orange B7 RS4. Audi only sold 2 in Canada. My phone camera makes it look like Glut Orange, it was Papaya Orange.

That museum is seriously good.

I love visiting DC, and yeah the Spy Museum is pretty cool. I hate to be “that guy”, but that DB5 is a movie recreation. The original gadget car was stolen and never recovered, and the standard car is in Ohio. Still awesome though.
If you want to do some great car spotting, check out Georgetown or Old Town Alexandria:

It’s something everyone should see once, but not necessarily more than that. I’m sure you’ll have anther opportunity in your lifetime.

The Bond In Motion exhibit is in DC?
I finally have summer plans!

Make sure it's at the end of the day. It'll bum you the hell out.
